Based in Houston, Texas, Christopher Del Vecchio brings over 30 years of experience in energy logistics, commodity trading, and infrastructure development to his role at Insights Global. As Sales and Business Development Manager for the Americas, Chris leads client engagement and commercial growth across North and South America, supporting companies with market intelligence, tank storage insights, and tailored consulting solutions.

Before joining Insights Global, Chris held senior leadership roles at major energy firms and trading companies, including BP, PetroChina, and Cargill. He also co-founded Matrix Global, where he helped pioneer the world’s first crude oil storage futures contracts.

Chris specializes in connecting infrastructure operators, traders, and market participants with forward-thinking strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock new commercial opportunities. His deep operational knowledge, combined with a strong network across the Americas, makes him a trusted advisor to stakeholders navigating the evolving energy landscape.
